MABIDO🇬🇧ENLOGINAgency GuideHow the MABIDO agency program worksOnboard your clients directly, white-label — they never see mabido.com. Growth plan included, no Stripe, seats managed from your dashboard.Open the agency programHelp centerWhat is the agency program?MABIDO lets marketing agencies resell AI visibility as their own service. Each seat you buy is one Global Business client managed entirely from your agency dashboard.Your client never signs up on mabido.com and never sees the MABIDO brand — you control the relationship.Every client account runs on the Growth plan, MABIDO's most complete tier — no essential/business+ choice to worry about. No Stripe checkout for your clients — their account is billed to your agency pack, not to them individually. You keep your own branding on the client's cockpit — logo, accent color and support email.Optional for every seat: mirror each SEO blog to the client's own WordPress/CMS via HTTPS webhook (Business → Profile → Integrations) — same article, zero extra AI cost. How client onboarding worksFrom /agencies/dashboard, use the "Create client" form — it takes about two minutes.MABIDO never emails your client during this process. You choose their password yourself and hand it over through your own channel — WhatsApp, email, in person.1Fill in the client's detailsBusiness name, address, phone, website and content language — the same information a client would enter themselves, but you fill it in for them.2Set a passwordChoose one yourself or click "Generate" for a random one. Either way, the account is created instantly on the Growth plan, free of charge to the client.3Hand the credentials to your clientCopy the email and password shown on screen and send them yourself. No MABIDO email is ever sent for this step.4Your client logs inThey can start using their account right away, and can change their password at any time from their own account settings.Seats, plan and billingTwo different things are easy to mix up — here's the difference.Your agency pack (trial, micro, starter, advanced, scale) determines how many client seats you own — it is unrelated to the client's own Growth plan. Each linked or created client consumes one seat. Cancelling a client's own subscription frees the seat back up automatically.Clients can change their password at any time from their account settings — you never need to manage that for them after onboarding.Agency program FAQWho is the MABIDO Agency Program for?Marketing agencies, SEO/GEO consultants with multiple clients, and digital integrators who want wholesale Global Business seats and their own client billing. How is this different from the Affiliate Program?Affiliates (/affiliate) earn 20% recurring commission on referred subscriptions. Agencies buy volume packs wholesale and resell at their own price — you own the client relationship. What do my clients receive each month? Each client seat includes 34 automated deliverables (client accounts run on the Global Business Growth plan): blogs, videos, GEO FAQ, social snippets, visibility reports and more — same engine as direct subscribers. Can I white-label MABIDO for my clients?Yes. The agency dashboard lets you set your brand name, logo, accent color and support email. Linked client accounts see your branding in their Global Business cockpit. How do I pay for an agency pack?Packs are assigned when your agency is onboarded (Trial, Micro, Starter, Advanced or Scale). Email info@mabido.com to change pack or seats — the dashboard does not sell packs. What margin can I expect?Illustrative: Starter pack at 499 € wholesale for 12 seats — resell at founding Growth 49.90 € each and keep roughly 100 €/month margin before your service fees. Can I walk me through the end-to-end workflow, from client onboarding to content publication? From your agency dashboard, use Create client to open a Growth account under one of your seats. The client's website and business profile feed MABIDO's engine, which generates that month's deliverables automatically and publishes them on the client's MABIDO-hosted hub — no separate build step to trigger. What information does a client need to provide during onboarding? Is there a brand questionnaire?Today it's light-touch: business name, website URL, city/country, and one free-text "business presentation" field the client (or you, on their behalf) fills in. There is no multi-step structured brand questionnaire yet — this is the honest current state, not a roadmap promise. Is content generated specifically for each client, or templated? It's personalized, not templated: the engine scans the client's actual website (real pages, offers, reviews) and combines that with their presentation text — it does not just swap a business name into a generic script.Where is content published — MABIDO, the client's own website, or both?Primary publish is always the client's Mabido hub (mabido.com/shop/{slug}) — that is the GEO/AEO source of truth. Optionally, each client (or you on their behalf) can enable Blog mirror in Business → Profile → Integrations: every new SEO blog is POSTed via HTTPS webhook to WordPress, Make, Zapier or any CMS — same article, zero extra AI cost, useful backlinks. You also get a monthly ZIP export for manual paste.Does the agency get to review and edit content before it publishes? Is there a client approval stage?Being straight with you: no, not today. Content publishes automatically as soon as it's generated — there is no pre-publish approval queue for the agency or the client. If something needs correcting after the fact (tone, a claim, a detail), you flag it to MABIDO support and it gets fixed or regenerated. If a review-before-publish step is a hard requirement for your agency, tell us — it's the single most useful thing you could ask for and we'd rather know now than after you sign up.If a client requests changes to tone, messaging, claims or branding, how is that managed?By design, we don't offer granular tone-of-voice tuning per client — this is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. The content's real job is to be understood and cited by AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews), which reward clear, structured, factual writing far more than stylistic flourish. Spending effort on brand-voice variation would trade consistency and citation quality for something that mostly matters to human readers, not the algorithms that drive the visibility you're paying for. If something is factually wrong or needs a real correction, that goes through MABIDO support. Can we set brand guidelines or a tone of voice per client? Not for tone of voice, by design — see the answer above. What you can influence is substance, not style: the free-text presentation field shapes what the content is about (your client's real offers, positioning, service area), not how it sounds. If your agency needs literal brand-voice matching on every piece of content, that's a fair reason MABIDO might not be the right fit for that specific requirement — we'd rather say that directly than oversell it.In a white-label setup, which parts stay under the agency's control and which are fully automated? You control: which clients get a seat, your branding (logo, colors, support email) on the client cockpit and weekly report, and 100% of client pricing and billing. MABIDO fully automates: the website scan, content generation, scheduling and publishing engine.Do clients get their own dashboard, or is everything managed by the agency? Both. Each linked client gets their own Global Business cockpit (their content, their weekly report, their visibility score) branded with your agency identity — you also see all your clients from your agency dashboard.Who owns the content, and what happens if a client cancels? The client's published content stays live on their MABIDO hub after cancellation — only new monthly generation stops. Nothing is taken down or deleted automatically, but content is not exported to the client's own domain or CMS. On your side as the agency: the seat is freed automatically once the client's subscription is fully cancelled, so you can reassign it to a new client — it doesn't stay locked forever.Do you have agency case studies or results from partners reselling this? The Agency Program itself is new — ask us for live examples from the Live Portfolio (real client hub pages) rather than a polished case-study deck; we'd rather show you the actual product than a slide. Can agency clients push Mabido blogs to their own WordPress or CMS automatically?Yes — for every seat. Open the client's Global Business cockpit → Profile → Integrations → enable "Publish blogs on my website" and set an HTTPS webhook. Agencies often use Make/Zapier into WordPress. This is available to all agency seats and all direct Growth/Business+ subscribers — not Mabido-only for one partner. Hub publish on mabido.com stays mandatory; the webhook is an optional mirror.Ready to onboard your first client?Buy a pack, then create your first client account in minutes — no signup link to send, no payment from your client.Open the agency programContact agency sales
